Use of Orders accepted by AquaSmart will be subject to the following terms and conditions of sale as amended from time to time. 'We' or 'Us' means AquaSmart. 'You' means the person whose order is accepted by AquaSmart. The 'Recipient' means the person who receives the purchase bought through us.

Orders

All orders placed with AquaSmart will be accepted by AquaSmart subject to these terms and conditions until further notice. By placing an order with us you agree to accept and abide by these terms and conditions laid out in these pages.

How to Order

You can place your order through this website and pay with credit/debit card (through PayPal - Membership is not required), via direct bank deposit or cheque. See Prices and Payment for more details. If you wish to pay with cheque, please send us your cheque together with your order number to the address below. Your order number and instructions are provided when placing your order. Cheques should be made payable to AquaSmart and be sent to: AquaSmart P.O Box 314 Trinity Beach Queensland Australia 4879 Please make sure that your cheque is correctly signed and dated, we will dispatch your order as soon as the funds have cleared into our bank account.

Comfirmation of Orders

Orders placed using our website, will be confirmed by AquaSmart, by email, and this confirmation email will signify the formation of the contract of sale.

Prices and Payment

Prices quoted are in Australian Dollars exclusive of GST (10%), postage and packaging which will be added at time of checkout. We reserve the right to change prices from time to time.
Payment will be via credit or debit cards when we accept your order. Please ensure that all details entered are correct. All refunds will be credited back to your credit or debit card. If you would prefer to pay your order by post and pay by cheque, please contact us for an order form. Cheques should be made payable to AquaSmart.

Returns

Returns will be accepted only in accordance with AquaSmart's returns' policy (please see Postage and Returns page for details).
